Bagel Bar in Drogheda are thinking of hosting a calorie information evening for Mumstown members. It will be a talk about calorie intakes, how to manage your daily calories, how many calories are in foods etc.

Basically, an information evening to help you learn how many calories a day you should be consuming and how to manage that. There will be tips about foods to avoid and foods to eat more of…etc.

This will be free for Mumstown members and it will be in the evening, so free parking too.

We just want to get an idea about the level of interest, can you reply on here or email me to siobhan@mumstown.ie if you are interested in coming?
