how do ya get pics to put up

hey see some people have downloaded their own pics how do ya shrink them to fit??? i have one zipped it or whatever still says 23kb but has to be 9kb to be on here how do ya do that it’s one taken on my mobile…..not very up on technology…thanks girls

you open your picture with paint, and under image there is resize/skew clic on it and change size of your picture. then save.

get to wherever you have your pic saved, right click on the pic and then scroll down to "open with" click on paint, and then under image click on resize/skew.try with different percentages.
