With the house market in bad condition, selling or renting is not a great option (for us anyway).
I read few articles and heard stories about house swap.
We’re thinking about it.
If you know stories (good or bad) can you let me know.As well, we’d like to swap for a bigger house.
If you know anyone who wants a smaller house + cash, pm me.Our house is a 3 bed + extension in Bettystown.
We’d like to stay around the same area, looking for a 4/5 bed.
4 bed is enough if downstairs kitchen + dining + sitting room all separate.
