Hi,
My proper name is Mairéad and I’m a mum to 3 children. My youngest will be 7 on 22nd Aug and my eldest will be 23 on 20th Aug, middle child is 20 since April.
I’m a qualified NLP Master Practitioner, which I fell into after looking for help while suffering from PND on my 3rd child, and consequently ordinary depression following my relationship break-up.
I have a wealth of experience and if I can help anyone please let me know. Looking forward to getting to know y’all.
