I need help. I want to start eating properly but don’t know where to start. I’ve already started drinking my 2litres of water per day but just don’t have an eating plan like wat to eat? when to eat? how much to eat? I don’t need to lose weight i just need to tone up. Any advice girls? Thanks a mill
If you don`t need to loose weight, and only tone up then you need to eat extra protien in your diet. Like plenty of chicken , fish eggs and lots of green veg. So cut out half of your carb intake and up the protien. There are TONS of diet planbooks or online help. If your excercising in order to tone up protien shakes are also a good way to help with the muscle tone. Go to a health food shop and get some advice on which to buy! Good luck!!
