    need two electric bain marie secondhand anyone know were i can buy them would be great full

    Oh my god you’d know your dh does all the cooking in your house…. a bain marie is when you cook something in water, like a mousse. You place a tray of water into the oven and then place your food into the water IYKWIM
    never seen electric ones

    You would be getter looking for a hostess trolley or the likes, I’d try Rumbles or Staffords, they do food for parties but they might hire that sort of stuff out
