christmas shopping yet
i went last week and done the man in red and have got a good few more bits in as well so i am quiet pleased with myself just wondering has anyone else started

done and packed away in a suitcase in spare room…same with santa 🙂
just selection boxes to get and wrap the pressies and write cards 🙂
even clothes and shoes gotten too.
Yep………..finished mine on saturday. Only have to wrap them up. Just have to sort out dh now. Cannot wait for xmas to come. Been itching to get the deco and tree down rom the loft.
All the presents got, except Santy – will get him finished in the next two weeks! Need to sort out DH too!!
Going to start getting them wrapped too!

I started off with great momentum this year but it has kinda grinded to a halt! must get back into the swing of it though, hate that last minute rushing around and the pressure invovled. i love to enjoy xmas week just doing family stuff and socialising.
Last year we spent about 2 months trying to source the best deals on all our santa stuff but it was a nightmare getting babysitters and travelling the country looking for toys. 🙄
I found out this year that smyths are really the cheapest and best toy store to go to for all your things. They are always doing deals and they have trolleys which is a great help.
I decided on the santa toys about 3 months ago. Last week i left the kids with their nana, into smyths with my trolley, got everything i needed in 40 mins and saved €38 on some of the toys that were on offer.
Which leaves me stress-free, €38 up for some btles of wine and a very happy mammy. 😀 😀
So i just thought i’d pass my stress-free, money saving story onto mums that just wanna get it over and done with and maybe a few btles of wine to boot!! 😉 😀All done except for new baby, just waiting to see if its a boy or girl first, will only be a few weeks old so just getting something small. And have to wrap them all aswell 😕 😕
going to head up to smyths this week sometime, it depends on what day their granny can babysit
really have to get a ballerina doll that my eldest has been asking for, for months or i’ll be in trouble 😕 😆
have no idea what to get dh this yeah thoughi have been price watching here and in the north so hope to get it done in the next few weeks, my dd is a handful to do anything with, so hubby and i will need to get togther and hire nana for the day to look after her so we can go get sorted 🙁
I have 2 small Santa presents and thats it.
Cant believe how unorganised I am this year but I will get there……
still plenty of time elaine, i had to do it as new baby will be here on monday and having a section so i knew i wouldnt have much time after that. had to borrow off mother-in-law but was worth it to getit all done …….stress free.
