Just goes to show how important birth partners can be!
We used hypnobirthing on our 3rd baby and the difference between her and the previous births was incredible, it was very calm and relaxed. My hubby was amazing, kept me focused when ever I went off the rails a bit.
To be honest, I was skeptical but was willing to try anything and thankfully, it really worked for us. Definitely worth looking into. We actually had a laugh when practicing for our birth – it was amusing saying ‘surges’ instead of ‘contractions’ and things like that. never thought labour could be fun but we did have some good laughs!
Just hope this one is as pleasant 🙂
