The Town Centre Pharmacy West Street Drogheda is introducing
a totally new weight management programme.
This course starts on the 7th January 2010 for 7 weeks and is based on healthy living,exercise,lifestyle and motivational changes.
There are no drugs or products involved at all.
Each week will find a different person contributing to an holistic approach
followed by a group activity eg exercise,relaxation,healthy eating etc
This course will set and achieve your weight loss targets and help overcome the barriers to achieving weight loss.
It will also be fun with meeting new people in a relaxed environment.
The course is confined to 20 participants and can be bookedat the pharmacy.
