Yes as soon as you get your stove fitted your BER rating goes up! I love my stove and im the same, i turn off the heating at 7pm ish as the kids are tucked up in bed and the sitting room is roasting, for a cost of a shovel of coal and a few logs that are prepaid so no surprise bills and there is nothing like a coal fire
