So…. ideas of best board games for kids…. ideally to play together?

    Boy 7 yrs… girl 5 1/2

Its the one thing we don’t have many of….

We;ve got funny faces and Operation….

I don’t want to buy to just have them sit on the shelf…. I’m looking for age appropriate and fun for the two of them

They’ve brought out an Adults & Kids version of Trivial Pursuit, so questions for Adults and separate ones for Kids. Our kids will be getting it over Christmas and we hope the entire family will play and have fun with it.

I love Pictionary – my hubby doesn’t like it though so don’t get to play it much – must take it to my mams next time I stay over and play it with my sisters.

Well, we availed of the 3 for 2 offer on the hasbro games at Smyths….

Stood there for ages today trying to decide what to get….

    Bought:

Twister ( LOVED playing this as a kid…. DH reckons it will be fun when the kids go to bed…. 😳 ) 😆
    😆
Pictureka…. which I think would be fun for the two of them…. and us… they love the whole finding things… and
Monopoly…. the irish edition…. yes, this will take time and patience with the youngest…. but it can also be something for her to "grow" into!

So, there will be "family" presents under the tree this year…. have such good memories of that myself as a kid… 😉
