Hi all,
Friends of Breastfeeding is a group aimed at publicising and protecting breastfeeding in Ireland. Our mission is two-fold. We want to help breastfeeding mothers and expectant mothers who wish to breastfeed, find and use the support and information they need to have the breastfeeding experience they want. We also wish to improve social and cultural attitudes towards breastfeeding.
Friends of Breastfeeding is delighted to announce our first ‘Meet and Greet’ event, and we would like to invite you to attend. This event is not just for breastfeeding mums. It is for boyfriends, husbands, mums, dads, grandparents, brothers sisters, friends, and anyone who wishes to lend their support and enouragement to mothers who breastfeed. Babies and children are welcome too of course.
This is an opportunity to meet other breastfeeding families and to find out more about what Friends of Breastfeeding have been up to and our future plans. If you wish, you can find out how to get involved too!
Venue: Upstairs, Baker’s Corner, Kill O The Grange, Dean’s Grange

This group are really great, they do not push breastfeeding at all, they just try to offer help and support to mums who want to give it a shot.
They are a really cool bunch of mums, highly recommend going along to anyone who may be breastfeeding now or perhaps sometime in the future. Theyoffer a great support network which is something mums need!!!
