Food diary?

    Few of you wrote a food diary. Did it helped you to loose weight?
    Did you wrote evething, and for how long?

    keeping a diary helps as you can look back on ur good weeks and follow that plan again.

    if u join ww it’s a must because then u don’t lose track of were ur points are going. i save between 2-4 points everyday and then don’t track on a saturday and enjoy my wine and food without feeling quilty. it’s my pig out day. i even enjoy my bag of popcorn with maltessers
