    FOR COLDS FLU’S

    girls this works , if you dont like the taste add a spoonful of honey to your mug.

    4 cloves of Garlic chopped
    1 Stick of Cinnamon
    6 Cloves
    ½ Lemon Sliced.

    Put all the above ingredients into a Litre jug and fill with boiling water.
    Allow to infuse for a few hours.

    ALLOW TO COOL A LITTLE BEFORE DRINKING TO DRINK:

    filla mug with fluid from the jug of ingredients, strain with strainer; to the fill the mug add boiling water, add 1 teaspoon of honey.

    Note:
    When the jug is empty with drink half fill the jug again with boiling water and infuse the ingredients again.

    SICKNESS :
    If there is sickness in the house: drink 3 mugs a day / If there is NO sickness: drink 1 mug a day

    The Kiwi Booster
    3 kiwis (about 1 cup) peeled and diced
    1 cup fresh honeydew melon diced
    2 tablespoons freshly choppedmint leaves
    1/3 cup low fat vanilla yogurt

    Place ingredients in a *food processor .
    Puree until smooth .serve in Chilled Glass
    * best to use a food processor as a blender will crush the kiwi seeds and make drink bitter

    The Blaster
    3/4 cup of apricot juice
    1 cup of fresh diced mango
    1 cup of fresh diced cantaloupe
    2 tablespoons of low fat vanilla yogurt
    Pinch of Nutmeg

    Place ingredients in a Blender.
    Puree until smooth .
    serve in Chilled Glass

    Hugging Tea
    1 teaspoon whole cardamom seeds
    1 teaspoon ground cinnamon or 1 cinnamon stick
    1/2 teaspoon ground ginger or fresh ginger
    1 Tablespoon whole dried clove
    pinch of ground black pepper
    2 cups of hot water

    Add all the ingredients into a french press or glass Pyrex jug .
    Add 2 cups of hot water and steep for 10 minutes.
    Strain and serve in your favourite cup or mug.
