my dd goes to Fit Kids every Friday and recently they started up a class for adults, and have to say it is brill, its called get your groove back, its on Mondays 8-9pm at the new community centre in Ballsgrove.
I have tried a good few classes and never really gone back but I am really enjoying this one!!!
