Pioneering Training in Family Coaching In Ireland
Family coaching is simply helping families get from where they are to where they want to be. A Family Coach is the key to unlocking a family’s potential, building self esteem and confidence in all family members, empowering families to set goals and creating respectful relationships.The Family Coach uses a variety of tools, depending on the needs, wishes and personalities of the family in order to assist the family in reaching the points of change they each desire.
Family Coaching is fundamentally family directed. The Family Coach helps families determine what they want. We then coach, incorporate teaching moments and give the families the tools to achieve their wishes.
A Family coach works with parents, siblings and extended family as a group and individually to create new patterns of behaviour, attitudes, communication skills and conflict resolution abilities.
