Hi, my name is Karen and I’m a dietitian specialising in maternal nutrition during and after pregnancy (currently completing my PhD in Holles Street).
Myself and Shane McShea, an experienced personal trainer, are starting the Baby Boomers Fitness Group in Dublin city centre at the end of Oct – fun, small group exercise classes plus one-on-one dietary advice with myself to help get you back in shape and feeling great after pregnancy!
