Drogheda parent & baby event, Tuesday 1st February

Hi all,

Tuesday 1st Feb is our monthly Mumstown get together for parents, babies & toddlers in Drogheda.

Location: Bagel Bar, Laurence Town Centre Drogheda
Time: 10am-12
Food: Complimentary nibbles, kindly provided by the Bagel Bar
Freebies:
Elave will have baby product samples for everyone.
Irish Breeze will have samples of their ‘Water wipes’ for parents to try.
Platinum Travel will be on hand to answer any travel queries
Lab Fitness will be attending to help with fitness questions too.
Colouring competition on the day for toddlers.
Free play area for the babies & toddlers.

Everyone welcome, feel free to bring a friend or relative along. Grandparents and childminders most welcome too and as always, there will be something for everyone!

Hey Baby! are coming along on Tuesday too, there had been a few queries about items Eilis had so anyone interested will be able to ask her about that on Tuesday morning at Bagel Bar.

Also, we will be having a colouring competition for the little ones….they seemed to enjoy all the colouring in last month so we’ll do that again on Tuesday.

Hope to see lots of you there, please feel free to bring a friend or two, the more the merrier. 😀

There is a colouring table in the morning for the LO’s so they might like that. Our older 2 loved that last month – they said it was ‘grown up’ as they are too big for the play area now apparently! 😀

So sorry, but can’t make it this morning. Up all night with two pre-schoolers with croup.

Could someone spread the word about the first ‘meet up’ of ‘Dads – All Ages, All Stages’ (with or without kids in tow) on 15th Feb 10.30 am – 12.30 pm in the M1 Castlebellingham Service Station (heading south from Dundalk towards Drogheda – sign over door Applegreen)? See post on this thread. If someone pms me their email I could attach a copy of the poster.

Half dozen businesses / organisations will hopefully be represented there with the odd freebie (I hope). More welcome! Also being advertised on LMFM & in local papers – but need men to show up!! No charges for anyone. Aim is simply to create a socialising opportunity for dads in greater Co. Louth area.

We had a lovely time this am as usual, love this monthly meet up, great for meeting new faces and seeing all the usual suspects too 😉
dd loved the addition of the craft/colouring table too.
