While ESL is required for those living and working in English speaking countries, it is equally true that English is used as the lingua franca between nations where English is not the primary language. For over 20 years, Edgewater College in Drogheda has been welcoming students from all over the world to come to the medieval town of Drogheda and learn/improve their English.
