    I can definately recommend this for excellent excerise , I have a wii but cannot afford the wii fit at moment but this new dance game certainly gets the blood going round.
    Its called Just Dance

    yup its great , i bought it on amazon – try thr jillian michaels 30 days shred dvd – it hurts but works 😆
