Couch to 5K

    Is anyone doing this?

    I am on week 2 of it now. Its tough but I am getting there.

    For anyone who has not heard of it, its aim is to get you fitter and able to run 5k in 9 weeks. Its a week by week program, starting off with with just 60 second runs and 90 sec walks and building up to running for duration 5k.

    Did something like this last year, never thought i could jog in my life, but when you start this jog/walk system is very very easy and very rewarding

    yeah i’m planning on starting this when the evenings are a bit brighter
