    I’ve heard quite a few people gettin chickens lately. Are they expensive to buy??? Might get some meself if not too dear.

    depends really who you get from and what breeds, but on average should be 5e hatch and then 1 euro per week after so a 12 week old bird should cost roughly 17e but on average of 15-20 e expect to pay any more then they are ripping ya off…..

    Moonflower my brother has ducks, hens and a turkey ( or maybe not he could have been Easter dinner) he only eats the eggs. They have a shed and a run to keep them in, they have 5 or 6 dogs and they never had any trouble, at the start they did but the gods got used to them..

    If you get hens for eggs, try getting some real free range eggs from someone with hens. I cant eat my brothers eggs, they are too rich for me and give me the runs…. and yes there were fresh as it was only out the hens bum before it made its way out of mine 😆 😆 😆
    I do use them in baking, they make yummy sponge cakes
