It’s quite alarming how many people are not paid if they are off work or do not know if or for how long they are paid! Even some people I sit down with for a review that think they are paid when they are off work, when I get them to verify how long they are paid for and how much, it’s often at the "discretion" of the employer!
If your income was removed tomorrow, how long would you manage for?
It really is such an important area to consider (even in great weather
