Charity Concert in aid of One Family.

One Family, the organisation supporting one-parent families, is delighted to announce thatwe have been chosen as the benefiting charity for this year’s performances of Handel’s Messiah by the Culwick Choral Society on 1 and 2 December @ 8pm, St Patrick’s Cathedral, Dublin 8.

We would really appreciate it if you could give this a mention in anyway possible – I enclose our full press release and a colourful flyer for the event. We’d love even a one-line mention in any ‘whats on’ section you may have.

It’s for a great cause – One Family has been supporting one-parent families and their children for almost four decades now. Parenting alone can be tough, especially around Christmas.

For many people this annual Messiah, held in the atmospheric surroundings of Dublin’s St. Patrick’s Cathedral, marks the beginning of the festive season. A performance of Handel’s Messiah has been held for charity in St. Patrick’s Cathedral each December since 1990 and has become an established feature of the Dublin musical calendar.
