    Anyone get their freeview box to get Cbeebies? I only got the thing installed last month specifically for Cbeebies and I really can’t take much more of no Bedtime Hour. Please help- they told me it would be back in a few days over a week ago 😮 🙁

    Phoned them again and they want to charge me 35Euro to reinstall the thing. Raging, need to lie down 👿

    Muso i looked up the web and found the frequency, polarity and symbol to change when you install your channels again – BBC4 and CBeebies are 10,803 frequency, polarity is horizontal and symbol is 22000 . They will work for you then. There are sites on the web that show you exactly how to do it – your installers should not be charging you 35 euro AGAIN ….robbin b **** 🙄
