Hi there,
I am getting my little dd christened in June. I am going to invite everyone to my house and am looking for some simple ideas for food. The last time, I had about 50 people – which believe or not was close family. I did a buffet with salads and cold meats – thought it would be very simple but really did not have the fridge space for the food and drink.
I am looking for something that is easy to prepare, can be prepared in advance and does not require much effort on the day – I want to enjoy my day too!!!
Hi Mammycool, we did this for my ds Christening too and had lasagne’s, sheperds pie, roasted veg and potatoes, bacon, beef etc all of which was prepared and just heated up when we got back to the house. If any one could prepare or store things in their house and bring them over it really helps too. Hope you enjoy the day
