Car insurance for a childminder

That time of year again and pricing car insurance. Many companies will not quote childminders ?????? for whatever reason. But just trying to get the best price. Insurance has gone up so much. Any other childminder get a good deal somewhere including childminding as a job and cover for carrying mindees.

i got a good quote with fbd in june , they cover childminders on their policy

i also had cover previously with allianz through kid insurance but my renewal was a lot more expensive than fbd

thanks, FBD quoted but its still quite dear. may have to go with it as so many don’t quote at all. 🙁
