I know manymany women, especially after having a baby, who can’t! In fact I’d say most of us would find it difficult to bounce on the trampoline with the kids without embarrassing ourselves!
How do you all cope with the issue of leaks when you are exercising? Do you just avoid exercising? Use a pad? Don’t drink enough fluids before you go?
I found it a real problem when I was training for the Dublin Marathon 3 years ago so decided to do something about it. I’ve developed a product called EVB Sports Shorts which are designed specifically to supportthe pelvic floor area. For the first time since having my 3 children, I can now exercise without worry.
