I know manymany women, especially after having a baby, who can’t! In fact I’d say most of us would find it difficult to bounce on the trampoline with the kids without embarrassing ourselves!

How do you all cope with the issue of leaks when you are exercising? Do you just avoid exercising? Use a pad? Don’t drink enough fluids before you go?

I found it a real problem when I was training for the Dublin Marathon 3 years ago so decided to do something about it. I’ve developed a product called EVB Sports Shorts which are designed specifically to supportthe pelvic floor area. For the first time since having my 3 children, I can now exercise without worry. Wearing the shorts has changed my attitude to exercise completely for the better and the feedback I’ve been getting from customers is that it’s doing the same for them too. One mother has even tried the trampoline test and was delighted with the results!

If this is an issue for you, please click on the link here on Mumstown or visit our facebook page http://www.facebook.com/EVBsport for more info. It could change your life….

Can you run or trampoline without leaks?? Er, not really to be honest!! 😳

I got a pair of EVB shorts but they are a bit tight around my dastardly belly area, so I need to go up a size – will let ye know how I get on once I get into the right size for me and give them a go!

Getting the next size to you asap!!

For any prospective customers out there, the shorts are small fitting and we are advising women to order up a size from their normal sportswear. They can take a bit of wriggling to get into, but once on, they are very comfortable and supportive.

Looking forward to hearing how on get on with them.

The material does feel very supportive – cannot wait to try a pair that fits! 🙂
