for those women who are doing any sort of activity, please, wear a proper sport bra
i go to the gym quite regulary and it’s sometimes hard not to notice bouncy breast and i am not looking on purpose
breast tissue is very delicate, and if not supported properly, could affect how your b looks in the future.
there are great support bras in m&s.
