Ladies i did a Half Marathon yesterday and my prize was 2 blisters, one on each foot on the middle toe. The one on my right foot is the worst, its nearly under the toe nail, the one on my right foot only came up towards the end. Any advice on what i should do. The right foot is very sore and very red. Reading mixed reviews about whether to burst or leave alone.
first off Very WELL done on your half marathon missus – great achievement!
on the blisters personally i wouldn’t burst – can you get those blister plasters think schol footware do them i’m sure boots do their own version – for me they work best
