Ladies i did a Half Marathon yesterday and my prize was 2 blisters, one on each foot on the middle toe. The one on my right foot is the worst, its nearly under the toe nail, the one on my right foot only came up towards the end. Any advice on what i should do. The right foot is very sore and very red. Reading mixed reviews about whether to burst or leave alone.
first off Very WELL done on your half marathon missus – great achievement!

Lai, well done on the marathon 😀 😀 Thats fantastic!
How are your feet now? If you have any blister remedies please post them, as there will be a fair few blisters in the coming weeks with the womens mini marathon!
