Hi girls. myself and ny hubby were meant to go on our dream hol to New York in May but due to his work hors being cut(recession) we have had to change to flights til Oct,cancelling would hav meant a loss of 1000 euro so were goin no matter what!1
anyway im sure there’s lots of you that have been and know how exspensive he hotels are, unless we want to sleep wit bugs or fleas its nearly 800 to 1000 for 6 nite’s! i know most ppl mite think thats what yyour gonna pay for NY but we’ve searched every website believe me. nothing cheaper and clean out there. not looking for the Ritz just some were clean, central and safe.. Lookin for recommendations plz. And also if anyone has maybe stayed in a vacation rental and can give me details.. bit dodgey bout some of the places online you just cant be sure their genuine ya know, would be more interested in renting an aprtment.. maybe some one knows someone who know’s some one that has one to rent in NY city!!

hi sabrina, do a google search for serviced apartments. they are so much cheaper and you’ll get great locations.
also if you’re willing to take the subway there are more hotels a few stops away that are next to nothing.

hi there, work in a travel agent, have sold the radio city apartments to loads of clients, they are really good but very hard to get and not quiet cheap, there are a few 2 * hotels in the centre that we have had people stay in that are quite good, if you want to pm me an email address i can send you out the list might be something on it that might suit you
