Really enjoyed this. Its quite dark and twisty. You really feel bad for Evie. Her life was turned upside down when she was a tween, and again as a teen and then, she went off and rebuilt herself into what she thought she should be. A successful professional, married to a man she ‘loves’ and trying for a baby. Its all going ok until she sees Alice, her old frenemy and then, things really go awry. I loved this book. I was rooting for Evie so much. Even when its all going a bit crazy, it was hard not to root for her. Some great twists…..really enjoyed it and definitely recommend it.
