The main advantage of this course when compared to weekend and online courses is that it’s conducted face-to-face with fully qualified, experienced English language teachers which gives the trainees access to real life teachers should they have any questions, something which is impossible with online courses. The course also includes teaching practice with real language learners which gives the learner exposure to the reality of teaching English – something many online and weekend courses don’t offer. But most importantly, the course allows participants to teach both in Ireland and abroad with a recognised qualification which is highly sought after.
