Does any one know where I can hire a suitable hall in which to play badminton. I know that there is a great badminton club in drogheda..thing is I can’t join them at the moment as I’m still feeding my last baby so times and being available each week don’t suit right now. When I lived in the Uk every sports club would have basketball courts indoors sports halls etc that you could hire for hour slots … can’t seem to find any details of anything similiar here.
The one I know is in Dublin, Baldoyle.
There is a badminton club in Stamullen, training nights are mondays and wednesdays from 9pm.
But they rent to hall from the GAA.
It was a badminton club in Bettystown in the golf club, they now moved to drogheda, but the hall in the golf club is now not in use (or rarely, or I culd be wrong), maybe they’ll rent it to you?Fabienne
thanks very much for that Fabienne. very kind of you. I’ll look into the bettystown golf club…I would love to start playing again…
