For anyone who is interested in knowing about the Back to school clothing & footwear allowance, we got this information about it to add on here:
The BSCFA 2013 will operate between June and September. An automatic payment will issue to certain customers this year but that list has not yet been finalised. Its hoped all customers being paid automatically will be informed by the 2nd week of June. Anyone that does not receive notification, stating they will be paid automatically, by the 2nd week of June should apply for the scheme manually. It is anticipated that the first payments will issue to customers on the week commencing 15th July. For details, see http://www.welfare.ie
