Droichead Arts Centre, Stockwell Street, Drogheda, is currently closed for extensive theatre refurbishment. Droichead Arts Centre remains open at Barlow House (9875140).
New seating, lighting and sound systems, and the creation of a new bar and reception area are part of the major upgrading works.
droichead will re-open in November for theatre performances and gallery exhibitions. We look forward to welcoming our loyal patrons to droichead’s newly renovated premises.
This project has been part-funded by Drogheda Borough Council and the Dept of Arts, Sport and Tourism under the National Development Plan 2007-2013 – "Transforming Ireland"
