So ladies whats the low down …is the weight staying off??

Is it worth doing these strict eating plans or would something like WW be better?

    Ladies…and Dad!

Yes we’re still following the OT plan, not as strict but it thought us to look after ourselves – good breakfast, exercise, healthy lunch and dinner and cut down on the rubbish…there’s no big secret, yes people can do WW but this way is so easy.

I think that a bit of both would be good… op trans kinda teaches you whats good and bad and how to eat well…. im going to do a WW style diet from now on, but kinda sticking with op trans for now for breakfast and lunchbut my own dinner…. I didnt weigh in at the weekend after the hen night, have had 4 meals out since the final weigh in a few nights on the beer iykwim…… im up 2 Ibs since the final weigh in. Very happy with that as i went off the rails a GOOD BIT…. 😆 😆 😆 My Target was 9 4 but think im going to go for 9st even, if im 9 5 for happys wedding i’d be very very happy…. i got my dress size 10… got a size 8 too 😯 😯 😯

Jakers – thats brilliant Taylor – you are very disciplined – i wish i had that motivation – i have my hols in may and a wedding in paris in august to look forward to but my discipline is zilch! When i do my shop tomorrow gonna plan salads for my lunch for all next week – lunch is my big down fall – eat my own and then dd’s and ds’s leftovers – plus i know i eat far too many carbs …..anyway – you look great Taylor – the hard work has really paid off – size 8 😯 good woman 😆

I am not as strict as I was on OT as do not have the pressure of the weekly group weigh in but I am not eating as much now as I was before it started. It made me look at what I eat and if I want to have a treat now, I will make sure I’ve done something to earn it!

Also, I really enjoyed the exercising and I have kept that up. This morning hubby went for a cycle and I did Rosemary Conley DVD at home and then we met for coffee afterwards.

I really enjoyed my skinny cappuccino, felt I earned it!

Eat less – move more, its not difficult once you get into it!!

If I am being honest, then I haven’t being sticking to it properly! Have been forgetting to have breakfast again which means an early lunch and in turn means I am very hungry come dinner time…. and I end up eating a bigger portion than what I was…. And I have been having a few more treats etc…. but I have to admit I feel worse for it…. eating white bread again has made me sluggish and I have no energy!! So I need to get back at it!

But am getting back on track from this morning, notebook it out and I am going to write in everything I eat… just need to discipline myself again, will be weighing in in the morning to see the damage done!
