Anyone with Digiweb?

Hi all,
Trying to tighten the purse strings and am thinking of switching from eircom to Digiweb. They’re offering an almost identical package to what we have already for 20e cheaper per month. If anyong know’s the up’s and down’s of digiweb, let me know! Afraid to make the switch till I find out as much as I can first- got stung before with other companies when we changed over.

im with them 3 years .
is you get a free landline and number and really fast broadband.
but i paid up frount the yearly payment for broad band was to get free calls after 6 months i notice my credit card been charged 6 or 7 euros per month . than my card was out of date and got a new one. forgot to ring them and tell them. so one day my braodband stopped working got onto them and they said i was in debt of 17.50 for phone calls and wont put my broad band back on till i paid it. i was ticked off as i had pre paid for my broadband a year and this was 4 months into my contrack with them. and they wont send you bills so your guess what you owe.

but other than that get service when you have pc problems xxxx
