If you still haven’t tried AntiGravity Yoga, make sure you put your name down for the new term starting in the New Year.

We are opening a fabulous new studio in Mell, Drogheda with the most beautiful views of the Boyne river and the Cable bridge. My aim with this class is to give everyone, especially us mums, a bit of ‘us’ time, away from all the stress, family, work, etc.

So far the feedback has been amazing..so if you want to experience it by yourself, go an book a class.
