Boots has 3 for 2 on vitamins this week – picked up a few bits today.Evening primrose oil and Boots own brand multi-vitamins. My GP actually said that the Boots own brand are very good and just as good as the dearer ones, so I am giving them a go and will let you know how I get on.
(I am hoping for less severe PMT with my periods from taking the evening primrose oil, fingers crossed!!!)
i use boots own brand and find them pretty good
i’m taking the evening primrose oil – not sure if it’s having the desired effect but will stick with it. I was told it would take a good 3 months to feel any benefits and it’s important to take it regularly
Im taking evening primrose and a multi vitamin and my last period was not too bad. I did not feel like killing anyone and was not a weeping mess! Dont know if it was the vitamins or something else but it was not as bad as they have been over the past few months.
So I think I’ll stick with the vitamins – sure, they cannot do me any harm!!
