    Hi,

    My 2 year old is showing all the signs of teeth, she already has 20 teeth could she possibly be getting any more, her gum at the back of her month is swollen as if there is a tooth coming up.

    i know my 2 year old still needs to get 4 teeth and still no sign of them…

    20 teeth is the normal amount until about 6yrs they get more molars….

    My fellow is 2.5 & went through the same recently. Presumed it was teeth from symptoms, but NO chance of him letting me root around in there…..
