My sister bought us a The Lime Kiln Julianstown voucher at end of January. She physically bought it in the pub. They never told her they were closing for renovations and reopening as another pub/restaurant. I've messaged them twice to ask.if they'll accept the voucher but no reply. My Mam had big leak from her boiler this morning. She called Bord Gais and they said it'll be next Tuesday before they can get to her!! She has no heat & water but they said that's best they can do 😠 She can't be without heat & water so she's booked someone else to fix it - but Bord Gáis Energy warned they'll charge her €35 cancellation fee if she gets someone else to fix it.
