2 slices of mcCambridge brown bread (no butter)

FRIDAY

BREAKFAST – bowl of cheerios low fat milk

LUNCH – bananna & apple

SNACK – cup of tea & slice of choc swiss roll (@kids party)

SNACK – 2 chicken gougons, (@ kids party)
