I found it terrible hard to get my head across the food side of things! I was stuck in a rut n weight went at a stand still. Was eatin but jus not eatin shit. Got in contact with a nutritionist n id to keep a foood diary n she told me i wasnt eatin enough etc. Cdnt get me head around it cos she kept sayin, you can get fat on jus carrots alone etc etc! But i had in me head but carrots are 0 points etc! Took me while but i understand all the body starvation mode etc now. Here with me nana to nibble on in another half hour!! Like me nibble!!!
