Breakfast:
Pur eh tea, 1 small banana

20 mins Gym

Snack:
Skinnicino, mandarin

Lunch:
Brown bread toasted with cheese, ham and onion
1 x brown bread, tea x 2
2 x chocolate biscuits

1 Hour Gym

Tea:
6" Subway – meatball and salad (delicious!)

1 litre water

Snack:
Fruit
Small portion of Oats and More cereal with slimline milk
