Ur diet needs to be re looked at then munchin! If ur diet gets too used to certain foods etc the weight wont budge!! Im jus on the Adios, as theyre herbal n natural etc. Be int to see what movement is on the weight when i start exercising again next wk. I lost 11 lbs n put majority of it back on at time of my exams. Its stayin off deffo this time!
