yeah i remember thatpinkbabe the instructer i used to go to would giggle your numbers in order to get a bmi that you were happy with some of the figures are mad.
Think it says the lower end of mine is about 9 something, i haven’t seen 9stone in years and have no inclination to do so either but i would like to get to about 10/10.5. But I’ll concentrate on getting the 13 gone first! nearly there
