sometimes these bright nights can be a demon, j wont go to bed cos he thinks its day time ( no matter how many times ive told him and showed him the clock etc) and doesnt go to bed now till 9.30 but ijm not going to complain as i love the bright days. i honestly think i suffer from that SAD ( seasonal affective disorder) 😆
