makes sense to link in entitlements…so many people dont get the support they are entitled to because they don’t know about it. Its always been hard to know what you are entitled to, not very transparent. At least this will help the many familes who are finding themselves in a different situation for the first time and may not be sure of what support is out there.
And save some valuable money in the process as you say by not duplicating work.
