Looking after the Mammas-to-be!!

Pregnancy is a wonderful time but it sure ain’t easy, so it’s important to treat mums-to-be as kindly as we can. Making sure she has a comfortable chair, bringing her a cuppa; offering her a hand when she needs it – these little things can make a big difference!

Two of the Mams.ie team are currently pregnant and we are doing everything we can to support them and look after them as much as we can, so we thought we’d put together some tips on ways to give yourself a boost if you are pregnant, or some ideas on treating a family member or friend who is expecting!

With a stunning indoor/outdoor pool, fabulous spa which has tailored pregnancy treatments, woodland walks and scrumptious restaurants it’s perfect for total relaxation. We went for a ‘Babymoon’ ourselves during my last pregnancy and we loved it! Book at https://www.farnhamestate.ie/
